Complex Recordkeeping Manager
- Primarily responsible for management of a group of 10-20 Associates responsible for complex recordkeeping transactions.
- Directly responsible for the selection, training, evaluating, coaching and counseling employees.
- Administers human resources policies and procedures.
- Ensures employees understand how the work they do impacts the division strategy.
- Facilitates regular discussions with employees to discuss career development and performance opportunities.
- Collaborate with others to resolve more complex and global problems.
- Understands and supports organizational strategies.
- Monitors team and department metrics to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly objectives are consistently achieved.
- Drives continuous improvement strategies and implements process efficiencies.
- Identifies process and work flow changes related to industry, legislative, and customer demands.
- Foster an environment that provides employees with a feeling of empowerment to make decisions.
- Fosters and promotes a highly energized and highly efficient team culture encouraging honest and open communication.
- Initiates and champions projects that align to organization's strategic vision
- Analyze and develop recommendations to forecasting workload and scheduling workforce.
- Ensures the Business Continuity Plan and Audit controls are in place and updated as appropriate.
- Leads staff to meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Monitors staff and budget.
4 year college degree or related business experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated expertise in production management; Lean Six Sigma background a plus Proven decision making skills that benefit the business and the customer Proven leadership skills Proven ability to recognize trends and identify corrective actions Proven ability to re-engineer workflows/processes to improve cost/service results Three to five years experience of the Defined Contribution business, or related business experience. Experience with the OMNI Recordkeeping system a plus
