Job DescriptionEffectively utilizes the Kendall Hunt 5-step interviewing process Responsible for new adoption account solicitation, selling and closing Territories divided by discipline, with no backlist adoption accounts Objective is to build a portfolio of new adoption sales Analyzes portfolio of accounts and creates sales forecasts for adoption accounts secured Goals and bonus are based on achievement of sales goals and other activity-based metrics (i.e., phone call volume, contacts made, closing ratios, etc.) Responsible for lead generation (original material and/or customization) for Acquisition Editors Objective is to achieve lead generation goals as established Works closely with Acquisitions Editors to assist in closing leads generated Goals and bonus are based on achievement of lead generation goals and other activity-based metrics (i.e., phone call volume, contacts made, closing ratios, etc.) Builds and maintains effective customer relationships Establishes relationships via phone and e-mail with existing adoptors Other sales and marketing-related duties as assigned How To Apply
