• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all captive service providers
• Negotiating terms with the various captive service providers
• Reviewing and interpreting various financial reports in order to deliver recommendations on operational items to the captive board

The qualifications for this position are:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• CPA Preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Articulate oral and written communication skills
• PC skills, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
