Can you tell me a little about your program?
Dubuque Area SCORE Chapter is a volunteer group to counsel and mentor people in business or assist those wanting to start new businesses in the Tri-State area. Most of our success comes from having approx. 24 volunteers either retired from successful businesses or are still employed in a variety of business disciplines.

What type of tasks do you typically assign interns?
Interns will enter data into electronic record keeping system. General office duty. Record phone calls and potential client inquiries and needs. Contact member of executive committee when client/potential clients contact office for counseling or other needs if volunteers are not in office. Schedule client appointments with volunteers.
Do you target specific schools or would you hire from any area higher education?
All area colleges.
