Life & Practice in Perfect Balance
Employer:
Southwest Health has doubled in size over the past five years. Our campus is only 15 years old, and we recently completed an OR remodel to expand space and upgrade technology to keep up with our growth. The medical staff, hospital staff, and administration are committed to excellence in patient care and making Southwest a great place to work. 97% of staff rate us as “a great place to work.”
About Our Community
Platteville is the cultural and educational hub of a service area of approximately 25,000 people. Our own University of Wisconsin – Platteville enrolls nearly 9,000 students currently and is the fastest growing UW campus in the State. At the same time, our community enjoys the fruits of the highest quality Midwest living has to offer, including affordable homes, a thriving business community, and a safe, family friendly rural environment. Here, your earnings go further, and life is simply easier with tremendous value in housing and community and recreational amenities.
Scenic surprises are yours throughout the lush rolling hills and valleys of our southwest Wisconsin landscape where limestone bluffs encircle quaint spring-fed, trout-filled streams. Plus the mighty Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers are nearby as is beautiful Madison, Wisconsin. Ours is a place you can combine a delightful dinner and opera or a stage performance in the same day you fish, hunt, snowmobile, golf, bike, hike, or ski. We like to think of it as life in perfect balance.
