Client Service Manager

Working under direction, the Client Service Manager (CSM) maintains and enhances relationships with existing DC clients. The CSM ensures client satisfaction through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund investment performance. This role works with sales, plan administration, and operations staff. The CSM may participate in finals presentations.  This role resolves complex problems and is assigned relatively smaller and less complex clients. The Client Service Manager has a thorough understanding of clients requirements. While incumbents have overall responsibility for client relationships, day to day service and administrative issues are handled by plan administration staff. Typically has three to five years of DC related relationship management and or plan administration experience. Strong communications skills and good working knowledge of the companys products and services. For US employees, this job is exempt and therefore not eligible for overtime.
  • 4 year college degree or related business experience
  • Proven excellent customer service skills and progressive probing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills *Strong commitment to timing and quality standards
  • Ability to understand and apply complex compliance concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of Pension Industry
  • Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution

  • NASD Series 6 and 63 required within 120 days of employment.
