Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a BSA/Fraud Systems and Governance Manager to join our growing team in Dubuque, Iowa. The BSA/Fraud Systems and Governance Manager is responsible for managing the BSA/Fraud monitoring system and Analysts. The role will ensure that the BSA/Fraud system has correctly mapped data that is configured properly to ensure potential financial crimes are identified. The BSA/Fraud Systems and Governance Manager will also play a key role in the development and reporting of BSA/Fraud Metrics and the refinement of BSA/Fraud policies and procedures.
1.Develops an inventory of BSA/Fraud data sources and performs coverage analysis against member bank BSA Risk Assessments to understand potential gaps in the BSA/Fraud monitoring system.
2.Works with IT, Operations, and other areas to ensure that relevant data sources meet data integrity standards and are mapped appropriately to the BSA/Fraud monitoring system.
3.Assists with developing KPIs and KRIs to assist the BSA/AML/Fraud Director and BSA Officers with BSA/Fraud Management and Board Reporting.
4.Manages BSA/Fraud policies and procedures. Ensure changes are tracked and appropriately communicated.
5.7 - 10 years of experience in systems administration, data analysis, business analysis or information technology
6.5 - 7 years of experience in a banking role.
