Experience in restaurant style dining, along with meal preparation, baking and some short order cooking is a plus.
Our Cooks organize the preparation of meals for the citizens ensuring a high quality and variety of nutritional foods. Plans and formulates the proper amount of food to be prepared and presents each meal to look appetizing and appealing.
Cooks will also bake and prepare the desserts and bakery goods for residents including those desserts with ingredient adjustments to meet the diabetic needs of residents. This includes assorted desserts, breads and cookies. This qualified applicant will also plan and formulate the appropriate quantities of desserts and other bakery goods to be prepared to meet the menu requirements for each meal.
