Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Client Services Manager to join our expanding team in Dubuque, IA. The RPS Client Services Manager will serve as the primary contact to manage the strategic aspects for assigned client relationships and increase the value of the partnership. They provide consultative and technical solutions in retirement regulatory compliance, trust fiduciary, investments, annual plan review and annual plan participant education. This role is responsible for developing the RPS Relationship Managers and overseeing all aspects of client servicing.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; 5-7 years of experience in the RPS Industry
  2. Primary point of contact for a designated book of Retirement Plan Clients and responsible for their overall satisfaction and retention
  3. Directly Supervises the RPS Relationship Managers
  4. Knowledge of plan design, compliance and testing, ERISA, Investments and industry standards.
