Operations Program Manager/Health Success Coach

Bachelor’s degree required. Healthcare experience preferred and/or willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) training. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple assignments, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, excellent public relations skills and an outgoing, enthusiastic, and positive personality. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and comfortable with electronic communication. Excellent organization, detail, and customer service skills are essential. Must possess the ability and willingness to work cooperatively with other internal and external partners to create a positive, successful programming district wide.

The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the class as necessary.

1. Work with program managers to operationalize and define logistics of programming.
2. Operationalize the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) program orientations and state testing.
3. Assist program managers with program marketing and inside sales to fill class seats and boost enrollments.
4. Develop organizational communication tools to communicate with presenters and participants before and after programming.
5. Secure room arrangements and data enter class information into Lumens Software.
6. Work with operations coordinator to facilitate room set up and ordering food for classes as needed.
7. Work closely with administrative assistants to prepare class packet which includes, pay sheets for instructor, roster, evaluation
8. Meet and greet customers and presenters the day of the class
9. Post class, send thank you to students along with upcoming classes of like interest.
10. Post class update Lumens as related to instructor pay and financials
11. Conduct phone calls to past students or market directly to students who have taken like classes.
12. Work with program manager to determine if class is a go or no go.
13. Notification of instructor and students for class cancelations. Cross sell upcoming classes or on-line classes.
14. Provide evaluation summary to the program manager.
15. Working with the bookkeeper to prepare requisitions or utilize P-Card to order necessary supplies and/or equipment.
16. In collaboration with administrative assistants, work to develop a plan to anticipate, troubleshoot and respond to class, program, instructor or event needs related to technology or other needs.
17. Address day to day class logistics including class set ups, room assignments, time/day changes.
18. Perform other related duties as assigned.

20. Assist in recruitment initiatives with prospective students by outreaching to communities and school districts through parent events, connections with local businesses, and partnerships with community organizations.
21. Assist students in completing academic skills assessment, interest and career inventories, work readiness assessments, and/or motivation and behavior assessment.
22. Work to develop relationship with students through intake information, discussion of potential barriers to success, and educational and career planning.
23. Connect students to necessary educational resources, social services, workforces services, and other resources as appropriate.
