Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Customer Care Center Team Lead to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The Customer Care Center Team Lead will coordinate customer interactions, support the department team with customer assistance and guidance, support department management with administrative tasks as assigned, and provide information about products and services to internal and external customers. The Customer Care Center Team Lead must adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; or equivalent years of experience
- 1-3 years of customer service and call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite, social media, instant chat, email, etc.
- Knowledge of Fiserv Signature, Desktop Sales, Footprints and bank related systems and practices preferred
