What you need
- Licensed mental health provider in the State of Iowa required (LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW)
- Valid driver’s license, suitable insurance coverage and access to a reliable vehicle

As a SE Iowa Program Director, for Hillcrest Family Services Southeast Mental Health Services and Crisis Services in Washington, Henry, Louisa Counties, and Crisis Program in SE IA, your primary responsibilities include supervision and direction to the crisis services provided/associated staff. In addition, you will:
- Provides crisis services/support as needed during regular office hours and to fill gaps in on-call schedule to assist clients who are experiencing a crisis related to suicide, interpersonal difficulties, or psychiatric problems
- Documents individual case notes within 48 hours of each session
- Supervises Crisis Counselors to ensure they follow Crisis Response policies and guidelines
- Develops and provide training to staff on crisis procedures and crisis mental health issues
- Participates in community activities related to the assessment of need and the planning of services, at the direction of the Division Director
- Coordinates patient care with partnering agencies
