Who We Are: The Customer Care Center (CCC) provides customer service support for all Heartland member bank customers and employees. The CCC handles questions pertaining to deposits, electronic banking, bill payment, mobile banking and debit cards.
What You’ll Do:
- Create reports for each CCC Representative to better understand overall performance
- Research inbound call traffic trends and understand efficiency gain/loss opportunities
- Strategize how CCC can integrate Social Media
- Assist with managerial tasks including department development, scheduling, and other projects as assigned
We Are Looking For: 3rd or 4th year students majoring in Business Administration. Students should be familiar with Excel.
