Rite-Hite, a leader in loading dock and industrial door solutions, is seeking full-time 2nd Shift Assemblers for Rite-Hite Doors located in Dubuque, IA. Hours of work are 1:30pm-9:30pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Rite-Hite Doors has been the world leader in industrial power doors, cold storage doors, and impact doors since 1951. The company is privately held and has a history of strong research and development leading to new high quality products that pioneer the industry.
Rite-Hite assemblers perform the assembly of door components and subassemblies to complete product and package for shipment. Previous assembly experience highly desired. Duties performed include assembly of products, prepare and package products for shipment, and read, follow, and assemble electrical products according to schematics.
Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to read blue prints, work orders, and use a computer required. Experience using hand held power tools and must be able to read a tape measure preferred. Full and comprehensive training program provided.
