We are seeking a Communications Coordinator for a local non-profit!
-Responsible for overall office management, including:
reception, scheduling, managing office supplies and merchandise.
-Assist ChiefExecutive Officer, other staff and volunteers in administrative duties.
-General upkeep of office.

-Assist with the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the company.
-Management of company website.
-Maintenance of social media presence for the company, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
-Initiate and coordinate all media contacts. Develop and maintain membership and donor database.
-Coordinate and complete all mailings and email blasts for special events, appeals etc.
-Send donor and volunteer thank you letters.
-Assist Chief Executive Officer and other staff with planning and completion of special events.

Board of Director Relations:
-Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for Board of Director meetings.
-Send notices of Board of Director meetings to Directors.
-Attend Board of Director meetings if necessary and at the discretion of the
-Chief Executive Officer.
-Prepare minutes of Board of Director meetings.
