CONTRACT: LONG TERM UP TO 18 MONTHS
HOURS: 20 HOURS PER WEEK, MUST BE BETWEEN 7AM AND 330PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
Entry level business analyst position responsible for receiving all Level 1 & Level 2 Customer Health Proactive requests for customers. Business analyst will produce and deliver all Level 1 Customer Health overview reports. For Level 2 Customer Health report requests, the business analyst will acknowledge, work with customer to obtain initial details needed and open service requests accurately to route to a qualified Level 2 Customer Health analyst in a timely manner through proper service delivery channels. Position will be within the customer health proactive analytics team with Level 2 analysts and will have the ability to grow and expand their role as successful experience is gained.
Our customer health proactive analytics team are experts on our RelayAnalytics software package that pulls product utilization data to identify how we can help our customers achieve higher ROI from our products. We present the analytic product utilization reports to Account Executives and top customers to partner with customers to help them increase utilization of our products. Excellent technical and communication skills are required especially as you grow to become a Level 2 analyst.
Business, finance and sales contract knowledge is considered a plus to help identify revenue cycle efficiencies and sales add-on opportunities. Candidate must be confident working at the Executive and Billing Office level with polished, professional communication skills to provide superior customer service to the leaders within our top clients.
Minimum Requirements: 2-5 years work experience
Education: 2 to 3 years in analytical reporting, computer science or related technical field working towards 4 year degree or BS in computer science or related field working towards master’s degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact at Executive and Billing Office level
- Able to collaborate and build partnerships internally and externally with customers
- Analytical skills to be able to develop, analyze and report metrics to drive business direction
- Excel Skills
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proven, significant experience in training, business analysis, working with external customers and collaborating internally cross-functionally to achieve results
- Healthcare billing experience a plus
