Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Director of Consumer Digital and Branch Enablement to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The Director of Consumer Digital and Branch Enablement develops and leads the strategic direction of online/mobile delivery channels for consumer and small business products offered by the bank subsidiaries of Heartland Financial USA, Inc. This position is responsible for driving strategic and innovative initiatives that improve branch performance, accelerate growth, and enhance Heartland's reputation as a digital financial services partner for its customers.

1. Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA). MBA, preferred
2. 5- 7 years of digital banking experience
3. Leader, collaborator, and team-oriented
4. Well-versed in all aspects of the financial services industry, including consumer banking, small business banking, wealth management, and mortgage
5. Strong consulting and solution-selling skills
6. Experience developing and designing online strategies within a real-time environment
7. Proven digital project management experience
8. Strong awareness of how systems and data integrate
9. Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities
10. Structured thinking and the ability to facilitate working sessions and brainstorming exercises among clients and peers across all levels of an organization
