Medical Associates Clinic, located in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking an outpatient clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our practice in the department of Psychiatry & Psychology. This full-time generalist position primarily consists of individual assessment and psychotherapy, with occasional opportunities for inpatient consultation. Experience and interest working with children and adolescents a plus but not required! Candidates must be licensed or license eligible in Iowa and be listed on the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. This position does not involve night, weekend, or on-call shifts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
85% Provide psychological services, including diagnostic assessment and psychotherapeutic intervention. Additional roles may include therapy addressing relationship or family concerns, group therapy, psychological assessment, and/or cognitive testing, dependent upon individual areas of interest, experience, and competence.
5% Consult with outpatient providers, within and outside the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology.
5% Provide psychological services for medical or psychiatric inpatients, as needed.
5% Complete all other assigned projects and duties, including reports, administrative tasks and attending meetings.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: Newly licensed or license eligible psychologists encouraged to apply. Some experience preferred.
Education: Equivalent to a Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and eligible to be on the NRHSP- National Register for Health Service Psychologists
