Marketing and Inside Sales Assistant

Responsible for assisting in implementation of program marketing plans, including working with the NICC marketing team on promotion methods and means, market research, surveys, publicity and market analysis.
Oversee and manage Genoo software and e-marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee and manage BCS marketing email and mail lists.
Oversee social media promotions and campaigns for BCS.
Oversee video development and implementation to drive engagement and enrollment.
Oversee BCS special events branding, promotions, and logistics.
Act as a direct liaison to the marketing team to assist with BCS program and special events promotions and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing and BCS operations staff in the development and design of the BCS Catalog.
Work closely with the college marketing department to ensure all forms are complete and content is accurate before arriving in the marketing department for production.
Assist marketing in defining promotional items, placing orders and reorders, and distributing marketing materials.
Demonstrate active participation in and achievement of the objectives and activities of the College Strategic Plan and the Continuing Education Goals as they pertain to areas of responsibility.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of non-credit and credit college programs, services, processes/procedures, and other relevant resources. Work cooperatively will all departments and offices in the College

Research, develop, manage and promote BCS online course providers such as Protrain, World Education, UGotClass, and Ed2Go and their programs as assigned.

Oversee financial management of online programs, including projected budget and analysis of income, fees and expenses at program conclusion.

Assist in the development and delivery of corporate contracted training as appropriate to assigned areas.

Conduct direct sales, upselling/cross selling of BCS programming for at least 25% of time.

Manage low enrollment report, work directly with program developers and implement strategic plan to increase enrollment.
Attend sales, marketing, and divisional organization and training meetings as requested to keep abreast of processes and procedures.
Establish and maintain external relationships with businesses, community colleges, state and local partners. Function as an effective team leader, maintaining positive working relationships with team members. Communicate effectively with supervisor about successes, issues and barriers as they relate to the position and students.

Develop and coordinate additional programs as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred with experience in Marketing and Promotions. (Completion of B.A. degree required within 2 years of date of hire).

Strong interpersonal skills; personal flexibility and creativity; demonstrated management and/or community organizing experience; excellent public relations skills; three years of coordination and/or education experience required Competent in basic computer applications and operation.
