The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the HR Manager in the areas of Human Resources, Benefits, and Safety, while receiving hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support day-to-day HR responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development, and/or Employee Relations functions
Support employees and ensure access to resources, tools, and answers to their questions
Ensure compliance and organization of employee records
Collect information and update internal database with new hire information
Post new positions on websites and job boards
Assist with screening resumes and applications
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Pursing a degree in human resources, business administration, or similar field
A high degree of confidentiality is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Word and Excel
Passion for working with and helping people
