This is a PRN position. Work hours will be on an as needed basis. As a PRN employee you will be required to work a minimum of 24 hours per month, (6) weekends per year and (2) holidays per year.
Our multi-specialty imaging department at Finley is focused on delivering quality patient care, providing the best outcome to every patient, every time. Our highly specialized team offers services in general x-ray, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography, and bone densitometry.
Under the direction of Radiology management staff and in coordination with the radiologist, the Radiology Technologist will provide care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Responsible for providing timely and effective services to the customers of the radiology department, assuring that the professional and technical process is carried out. Professional responsibilities include strictly adhering to detail in the technical performance of radiology procedure, soling practical and analytical problems, resolving conflict, and implementing constructive changes. This position requires initiative, ingenuity, and independent judgment.
Qualified candidates must have a current Iowa Permit to Practice Radiography and current certification from ARRT - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
