CUSTOMER SERVICE REP 2- PRODUCT SUPPORT

SALARY: $42-$50K/YEAR

LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA

DIRECT HIRE: FULL TIME, 1ST SHIFT

RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Providing technical support to customers using web application
  • Identify problems with software applications and present solutions
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, end- users, administrators, and insurance carriers
  • Research and resolve issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service timely
  • Perform product research
  • Manage specific projects
  • Escalate issues thru proper channels as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Possess a positive, proactive attitude
  • Basic HTML experience a plus
  • VB experience a plus
  • Understanding of HIPPA compliance regulations
  • BS degree preferred
