Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal support tickets according to department standards and service levels
- Provide desk side IT hardware support as required. (PC’s, printers, scanners, network devices)
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Answer end user questions; contribute to user announcements, instructions and FAQ documents.
- Participate in team meetings: provide tips, hints and other relevant information.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive or proprietary data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or data analytics. Would prefer to have an individual that has at least a sophomore standing.
- Must demonstrate outstanding problem solving and communication skills.
- Must be able maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive or proprietary data.
Work Schedule:
- Work 20 hours per week through the school year.
- Work 40 hours per week from June through August.
