Location: NE Iowa greater area
General Responsibilities: Establish and maintain mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security, and maximize the plant’s availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. Other primary duties include: ownership of the plant’s Pm/PdM activities; leadership of equipment performance tracking and repair/improvement prioritization; technical guidance and coaching of mechanical craftsmen; and engineering support of maintenance and capital projects. Specific Duties: • Work with the Maintenance, Technical, and Operations Managers to establish, track, and achieve equipment reliability goals and objectives for the site. • Participate in safety and environmental initiatives – contributing to overall employee and community safety while ensuring compliance of state and federal regulations. • Develop and establish maintenance & operational procedures based on regulatory directives, manufactures specifications, and industry best practices to support on-going reliability improvements. • Perform capital project engineering work from design to implementation in accordance with organizational policies. Also participate as a key contributor on project and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 6 years of rotating and fixed equipment maintenance experience
