Seeking dedicated, self-motivated person for Order Entry Position:

Candidates must have excellent communication, organization, time-management and computer skills.  Candidates must be able to work effectively with Sales Teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates  must be very accurate and enjoy working with customers, sales agents, and vendors. Candidates must be able to work independently with little supervision.

1. Manages all phases of order entry to ensure user satisfaction, order continuity and internal consistency.

2. Ensures assigned orders are completed accurately and by the specified due date.

3. Ensure user satisfaction, order continuity and the timely delivery of services;

4. Manages relationships with customers and vendors to ensure services are installed timely, meet customer requirements and documented internally/externally.

5. Able to work customer service issues/repair for the customer in a timely manner.

6. Will also assist with answering phones, greeting customers, filing, faxing/scanning, data entry and other office duties as needed.
