An agricultural based company is seeking a Agronomy Sales Professional in northeast Iowa. The best fit candidate with have proven successful Agronomy sales experience and excellent time and territory management skills.

What you get to do:

  • Initiates, leads, and closes sales calls of assigned products with targeted growers.
    Responsible for implementing company's sales and marketing strategies and programs consistent with market share growth.
  • Leads the implementation of key targeted grower strategies and programs to gain market share growth in all assigned products.
  • Responsible for the implementation of business plans which includes the utilization of sales administration tools to drive growth and sales retention.
  • Provides technical and sales leadership, promotes and supports implementation of company's key marketing initiatives to achieve growth and profitability.
  • Provides professional field level agronomic support to targeted growers with information concerning the features and corresponding agronomic benefits of company's agronomy products and services versus the strengths and weaknesses of other key competitive products and services.

What we need from you:

  • 2+ years of Agronomy based sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven time and territory management skills
