Responsibilities:

  • Transform multiple raw data sources into accurate, reliable, and actionable ideas
  • Identify and access all data available, whether internal or 3rd party, to gain the best knowledge to make decisions, often in real-time
  • Develop new and improve existing marketing initiatives utilizing member segmentation strategies, credit union goals, and past program results as a guide
  • Collaborate with marketing, cross-functional teams, and vendors to achieve objectives
  • Communicate analytical insights, make recommendations, and obtain acceptance and commitment of others
  • Coordinate, direct and manage concurrent tasks and projects from concept to completion and prioritize appropriately
  • Update and maintain marketing databases and reports in a timely fashion
  • Ensures data integrity and compliance with file and data transfer security protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a closely related field
  • 3+ years’ experience with data collection, data manipulation and working with analytical/reporting tools
  • Experience with developing, deploying, and evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to question data, assumptions and tactics, develop an analytic approach, and deploy a variety of techniques to guide strategy and operational decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and analysis skills to understand and quantify the steps required, impacts, and benefits associated with implementing or changing processes, policies, etc. to impact performance
  • Ability to communicate (written & verbal) complex ideas and data in a clear, concise, and useful way to all audiences across the organizational structure
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Strong project management skills, involvement in projects from inception to completion is preferred
