Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The IT Service Desk Analyst I investigates and resolves computer software and hardware issues. The role provides helpdesk and desktop support to end users throughout the organization, offering advice and solutions within defined Service Level agreements.

• Associate's Degree Information Technology preferred or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years Information Technology related experience required
• Hardware, software, network connection, printer, and computer troubleshooting knowledge and experience required
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Track record of efficient call times and appropriately escalating issues, if relevant required
• Familiarity with the IS Business Recovery Plan and the Information Security Program preferred
