This position will provide complex administrative and office management duties along with data entry and receptionist skills for the Human Resources/Employee Health departments. Will manage the leave of absence process for MercyOne Clinton, Dubuque and Dyersville Medical Centers and provide clinical support related to pre-employment urine drug screens, fit testing, etc. Will monitor colleague compliance for various programs and maintain HR/EH files, etc. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks. Must demonstrates good time management, accuracy and produce detail-oriented work. Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) needed. Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Absence management experience strongly preferred.
