Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Business Analyst II to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. The Business Analyst II identifies and solves problems affecting the business solution, and works closely with the project manager to analyze the existing business systems and make recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field; or equivalent years of experience.
2. 3 or more years of Business Analysis experience.
3. 5-7 years of experience in Information Services or related field.
4. In depth knowledge of 2 or more Heartland business units.
5. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
6. Knowledge of MS Office and additional MS Tool, RDBMS concepts and Information Technology skills.
7. High level of understanding of enterprise tools.
8. Knowledge of requirement gathering and analysis methodologies and Process Mapping techniques.
9. Knowledge of software applications and architectures.
10. Project Management methodologies.
