As a Member Advocate, you will be a key frontline representative to our members, pharmacies and healthcare providers regarding their pharmacy benefits. This position requires exceptional communication skills via telephone and written correspondence in addition to strong organizational skills. If this describes you, then we welcome your application.
- Provide prompt and accurate service to promote member loyalty and confidence
- Serve as an intermediary between healthcare organizations and members to resolve patient care issues
- Must be able to think quickly on their feet and communicate effectively with customers
- Work well in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned
Please note that this position will require some evening work until 7 PM, rotating Saturdays, and rotating on call weeks.
