Isolation Assistants

Position Summary:

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville has an opportunity for up to four new team members to join the Pioneers for a temporary assignment as Isolation Assistants.  


The Isolation Assistants work with the Isolation Coordinator to:

- Assist students with check in/check out process of established resident hall

- Enter in new students into the Occupant Log

- Deliver meals from the front desk with limited contact

- Answer any questions the students may have.

- Complete COVID Intake forms.

The hours of operation for this Resident Hall is 7:00am - 7:00pm Sunday through Saturday.

These positions will go through the remainder of the academic year, ending May 21, 2021.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Demonstrated workplace professionalism, including a high personal standard for confidentiality

- Ability to adapt to a variety of communication styles; including demonstrated ability to actively listen, engage and educate

- Personal sense of urgency

- Excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to handle multiple requests
