Deposit Special Services Technician

Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Deposit Special Services Technician to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA. Under direct supervision, the Deposit Special Services Technician is responsible for providing support for general special services functions in Deposit Operations and maintaining a discipline to continuous improvement, quality and process. This role supports the department in achieving goals/objectives while interacting with internal customers in a professional manner.

• High School required
• 1-3 years of Deposit Operations experience preferred
• Familiarity with electronic banking services especially, but not limited to, internet banking, bill payment and mobile banking.
• 1-3 years customer service expereince preferred
• Knowledge of Windows operating system and of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to effectively and efficiently key data.
• Knowledge of Bank Core Systems (FiServ Signature preferred).
• Familiarity with bank deposit policies, processes and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
