We are seeking candidates who are looking to join the workforce and get a start in their career in Machine Operation!   These positions are available immediately and have the potential to turn full time based on productivity/fit.

Hours:

• 1st Shift: Start between 5am-7am (8-10 hour shifts depending on OT)
• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 1:30am (Monday-Thursday)
• 3rd Shift: 10pm - 7am (Sunday-Thursday)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Run a production machine and/or assemble products
• Inspect products for surface defects and flaws
• Package products to specifications
• Record scrap rejects once approved by quality
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast yet efficient pace
• Reliable transportation out of Dubuque
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
