The Rapid Responder is responsible for supporting the OTR fleet by performing functions under the guidance and support of OTR Driver Managers and Fleet Managers. The majority of a Rapid Responders' time will focus on the driver dispatch support to gain knowledge of operations, as well as to fill in and support the Driver Managers as needed. This position requires clear communication and coordination with co-workers, drivers, and managers. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide solutions to OTR fleet including...

Provides inbound and outbound call support.

Promptly answers phone calls and messages.

Continuously learn about issues and processes that affect Hirschbach drivers to become proficient at solving those problems quickly and efficiently.

Escalates information to Driver Managers, and is responsible for communicating from initial inquiry to resolution. 

Talent Requirements

AS400 experience is preferred

Growth oriented individual

Display and demonstration of an "All In to Win" attitude and performance including self motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.

Strong data entry skills
