Production Line Foreman  - Monticello, WI

Hours: Day and Night shift available

Salary: $18 - $20 + weekly bonuses 

Position Summary

The general goal of this position will be to ensure a safe working environment, build teamwork, increase productivity, and increase employee morale in order to efficiently run all production orders.  

Job Objective

• Increase productivity and efficiency of production lines by managing personnel and materials
• Execute the production schedule
• Monitor the organization and cleanliness of the facility
• Manage personnel in the department to obtain high levels of safety, organization, efficiency, customer satisfaction and order fulfillment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Lead Experience working in food manufacturing environment
• Previous experience training and supervising employees
• Solid work history
