Cooler Supervisor

 Prairie Farms Dairy in Dubuque Iowa is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a skilled leader to establish themselves with a secure company with a 75+ year history of success.

 Duties include but are not limited to:

• Schedule and Supervise hourly workforce
• Monitor daily operation of Cooler department and correct deficiencies
• Ensure product quality and sanitation guidelines are routinely achieved
• Ensure efficient operation of Cooler equipment
• Ensure all work procedures and policy guidelines are routinely achieved
• Ensure safe work habits. Maintain safe work environment.
• Cultivate employees suggestions into continual improvement strategies
• Other duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications: Proven ability to lead and supervise employees to achieve defined objectives. Basic computer and email skills a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous supervisory experience in food processing environment a plus.

Shift Requirements: Defined hours with a consistent work schedule
