Human Resources Partner – Colleague Relations. This position will serve in a regional capacity to MercyOne facilities in Clinton and Dubuque, IA with primary physical location in Clinton, IA. The Colleague Relations Partner will provide guidance and recommendations concerning HR issues while promoting a fair, positive and collaborative working environment that aligns with the MercyOne/Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values. Will support colleague relations policies/programs and manage, resolve and trend internal colleague relations matters. Will respond to internal colleague complaints/concerns, implement colleague relations initiatives, conduct document investigations and make appropriate and objective recommendations to management. Will partner with Risk Management, Legal Services and Integrity/Compliance to ensure compliance and consistency in the administration, application, and delivery of colleague relations practices. Will model honest, ethical and professional behavior. The HR Partner reports to the Regional Director of Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required with a minimum of three (3) years of HR/Employee Relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
