Job Overview

The University of Dubuque is a growing faith based University that is seeking applicants for the position of Certified Flight Instructors.

 

We have full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time Flight Instructors are salaried employees and receive a base pay with hourly incentive and are eligible for benefits including tuition remission, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and a retirement match. 

 

Requirements for Fixed-Wing:

  • Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Aviation
  • CFII is required
  • CFIME 500 hours total time and/or 100 hours dual are preferred

 

Requirements for Rotor-Wing:

  • Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Aviation
  • CFI and CFII is required
  • 2nd class Medical
  • SFAR Instructor Endorsement R-44
  • 50+ hours of Guimbal experience is preferred
