We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

How can you make an impact?
The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for improving MH Customer's Success (desired outcomes and experience) utilizing digital products in assigned territory and across key product groups, maximizing paid student activations (sell-through) and customer retention, leading to revenue growth.

What you will be doing:
- Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing sell-through, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Learning Specialists and Implementation Consultants to execute district strategy to deepen product usage, improve customer engagement, and maximize instructor outcomes and experience.
- Partner with product groups in key areas to develop deep understanding of digital assets and course structure to inform customer success plans to drive deeper product usage, increased sell-through and retention.
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, working with marketing to execute.
- Communicate effectively with MH product groups insights on customer needs and product enhancement.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.

We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Five plus years of professional/consulting experience required.
- Experience with instructional design and/or teaching/education and communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Extraordinary depth of digital product knowledge and computer operating systems.
- Travel is required (5% to 10% overnight dates throughout the year / daily travel throughout assigned district).
