You will help delight our customers and implement strategies to accelerate growth of retention and advocacy opportunities.

How can you make an impact?
As our new Manager, Advocacy Programs, you will plan, implement, and manage our advocacy programs. You will partner closely with our business units and cross-functional stakeholders across McGraw Hill to drive high levels of customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. The successful candidate will keep advocates (both instructors and students), top of mind and engaged at all levels.

Candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. and work remotely.

What you will be doing:
· Identifying ways to deepen customer loyalty, strengthening customer involvement in McGraw Hill innovation, product development, and marketing programs, and creating and cultivating a community.
· Developing a steady cadence of content, research, case studies, and testimonials that capture our excellent solutions and services, most critically focusing on increasing retention and bettering student performance.
· Building the unparalleled â€oevoice of customer†assets that tell our story in a powerful, human way while showcasing key proof points.
· Developing, implementing, and evaluating recruitment and retention strategies and initiatives to continue to improve our advocate program; and optimizing leverage across the organization.
· Training and developing advocates by planning, creating, and executing on-demand content and workshops to provide product, training, and professional development opportunities.
· Discovering, testing, and implementing new channels and methods for improving target audience reach.

We're looking for someone with:
Marketing Management experience in advocacy, loyalty, or retention programs.
The confidence to manage organic social media posting and content writing.
Marketing experience within an educational organization or the education sector. This would be preferred.
Sales experience. Again, this would be preferred but not essential.
Bachelor's Degree.
