The Dubuque Y is seeking applications for a full-time Business Administration Specialist. This position primarily supports the Chief Financial Officer in conducting day to day operations, and works closely with other department directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing all accounts payable invoices and payments
- Invoicing and processing all receivables
- Confirming and processing welcome center close outs and deposits
- HR functions including processing bi-weekly payroll and assisting in the onboarding of employees
- Assisting development staff with recording and processing donation pledge and payments
- Working closely with child care administrative staff processing billing, submitting state support information, and recording and processing payments.
Additionally, this position supports general office operations, assists as needed with planning and conducting fundraising events, and assists at the welcome center if needed.
