Express Employment Professionals in Dubuque has partnered with a local financial institution to seek candidates for a Customer Care position. 

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls, transferring members to the appropriate department / individual, and assisting members with a wide variety of questions
• Utilizing customer service skills the assist  members through various technology channels including: phone, chat, Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), and more
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure members are receiving the highest quality of care possible
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• HS Diploma or GED 
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products
• Solid computer skills
• Call center experience preferred

Wage: $16-$17/hour + monthly initiatives

Schedule: 8:30-5:30pm M-Thursday, Friday 9:00-6:00, rotating Saturday’s 8:30-12:30

Position Type: Evaluation Hire/Direct Hire opportunity
