Job Overview

Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Janitorial Project Manager/Supervisor for a local company. Candidate is responsible for the following:

• Coordinating personnel assignments and performing work per specifications
• Developing, training and supervising employees
• Conducting, attending, and participating in employee meetings
• Anticipating and responding to employee and customer concerns
• Conducting on site inspections
• Operating within account budgets
• Ensuring compliance with safety programs and processes
• Investigating, reporting, and analyzing accidents and incidents

Qualifications: Experience training employees, 1 year of supervising others, creating work schedules, maintaining relationships, etc.

Pay: $52,000/yearly

Schedule: Approx- 4pm – 12:30am (Mon – Fri)
