We are currently looking for Mechanical Insulation Technicians to join our team! Mechanical Insulators install Neoprene Foam Insulation (non-fiberglass) by determining required insulation type, thickness, and diameter per project documentation. This position also configures, measures, and cuts neoprene tube insulation to various lengths while utilizing various adhesive materials/methods. We will be providing training for each employee we hire.  Each employee will go through customized training on refrigeration, blueprint/schematic reading, lean manufacturing, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the position, job duties may include assembly, utilizing various power and hand tools, metal grinding, forklift and/or crane operation, painting, and general material management.
