Senior Market Specialist - CTE and Government

Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for their next Senior Market Specialist within the K-12 CTE and Government markets. This role has a dual focus. The first is working with K-12 CTE programs to promote and vastly expand sales of our Paradigm Education Solutions product lines for Computer and Business Technology, Health Careers and Accounting. The second focus is to conduct sales calls in an assigned territory to target large, state level sales adoptions in government, workforce development centers, adult education programs, federal programs, etc.

What Do You Do As A Senior Market Specialist?

• You will provide your vast expertise and support clients who have adopted career and life skills solutions and Paradigm Education Solutions programs
• You will set up and manage all relevant territory exhibits and conferences
• You will create reports to accurately display our lead generation activities to managers and sales representatives
• You will need to have an aptitude for selling digital and online product platforms for both the Paradigm and Career and Life Skills product lines
• Demonstrated background working with high level contacts at either the school district level or government entities such as state departments of corrections

Who Do We Need?

• Seeking a motivated, experienced Senior Account Manager who consistently met or exceeded yearly sales goals
• Someone who demonstrated background of effectively presenting and selling products to high level contacts
• Someone who has prior experience with utilizing a CRM, is a plus
• Someone with a four year degree and 4+ years of related experience and training
• This role is completely remote unless you live in the surrounding area of Dubuque, Iowa. If so, you will be required to work from our home office.
• Someone with a valid driving record, and driver's license - there is travel expected with this role
