Duties & Responsibilities
Provides support for the planning and coordination of fundraising activities such as, direct mailings, campaigns, and special events, such as the annual golf outing.
Types and completes data entry of contribution records, tracks donations, and sends out thank you letters.
Performs research and obtains supporting documentation to initiate, verify, quantify, or complete assignments.
Assists with grant research.
Assists with website/social media maintenance and updates.
Assists with the design and printing of external publications.
May write or draft reports, press releases, letters, and other promotional or communication materials, and assist with various presentation needs.
