The Department of Student Activities at the University of Dubuque seeks applicants for the Master of Arts in Communication (MAC) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs to serve as Graduate Assistant (GA) for the 2017-2018 term. This may be renewed for a second year. All graduate tuition and fees are waived for the student for the term in which they serve as a GA. In return for a waiver of tuition and fees, the assistantship recipient agrees to provide service to the
University equivalent to twenty (20) hours per week. Requirements include effective written and face-to-face communication, organizational support and advising of campus programming organizations, programming development and facilitation, and various administrative tasks. This agreement does not constitute employment by the University. The applicant’s undergraduate degree need not be in Communication.
