Kendall Hunt Publishing Company currently has a Graphic Design internship available at our Dubuque headquarters for the summer. This position will assist with print, convention, and HTML design.
Duties may include:
- Design printed collateral materials (catalogs, flyers, etc.)
- Design websites and emails using HTML
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, etc.
- Create layout and design for KH products
- Scan imagery and photo manipulation
- Print and mail proofs/upload proofs
- Review and approve vendor proofs
- Complete checklists and approval forms
- Organize and archive computer files
Prefers students that are majoring in Graphic Design. Experience with Adobe Photoshop; InDesign; Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Acrobat; Internet software; Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software and Outlook required. Ideal candidate would have some experience with Dreamweaver and should be highly creative with strong attention to detail.
