ADVANCED MANUFACTURING TECHNICIANS
New Job Classification & Pay Rate

Duties:

  • Currently have or can pass AWS certifi cation for welding. (In-House
    certification provided.)
  • Knowledge & understanding of blueprint reading & layouts.
  • Ability to understand & interpret job orders.
  • Follow quality audit process to ensure correct build for form/
    fit/function.
  • Ability to read and lay out parts of complex blueprints & work instructions.
  • Ability to build/adjust fi xtures & jigs applicable for production use.

Ability to operate hand tools, grinders, spot welders, vise clamps, etc.
These new positions are being added to our Northeast Iowa manufacturing
locations. We work a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday, fi rst shift, with
overtime on Fridays as needed. We are conveniently located on Highway 20, Exit 285. A short distance from Dubuque, Peosta, Dyersville, Manchester, and most Northeast Iowa communities.
